What is the deal with pick-up owners?

The post title refers to all the fuck-O's who try and piss on each other by leaving the usual, unimaginative and childish "My Chevy/Dodge/Ford is better than your Chevy/Dodge/Ford" comments on pretty much any youtube video showcasing a pick up. What the FUCK is your problem?! It's just a damn truck. Why are you getting so worked up over what some clueless idiot thinks about his/your truck? Why do you care? Most of the time the comments are left after a truck experiences some sort of trouble. The issue is really the driver NOT the truck. So GROW THE FUCK UP. I'll say again for the dumb asses, IT"S JUST A TRUCK!!! You fucking morons take the fun out of watching a video, do you know that? No? Well, now you do, so quit leaving dumb comments and one more thing, Fuck off!

This is probably a bad idea, but I really don't care anymore....

Wow, it's been a while hasn't it? Anyways, My drift program is teetering on the edge of being bankrupt. I'm unsure what the new clutch will cost(expecting around $400+) and I'm thinking some of my cooling issue is the "Ginsu" electric fan, it's just not pulling the cfm it needs to(better unit-$300). I'm almost out of tires and pretty much am out of money. Drift Indy round 3 is coming up and I'm going to go even if I have to credit card my way there. I'll need a hotel close by because check-in starts at 7am. The following weekend is D1 at Chicago. As much as I REALLY want to hit this one, even with plastic, I'm not sure I can pull it off..... However, If I can I will go, even on plastic. This whole situation is depressing.

I'm sitting here typing this, dreading going to work tomorrow. As I've said before, it continues to get slower week after week. I feel like the only reason I'm there is to work the phones and counter from 11am-noon and 4pm-5pm, because that's when one guy up front is at lunch and when he goes home. Other than that I seem to serve little purpose.......Well, there is the constant sweeping I do. I'm so tired of seeing that FUCKING broom, that I'd rather run out to the road and throw it under the next semi to come along than sweep one more square foot of the warehouse.....

The one tiny sliver of good in my life is that I scored(?) the Ryomou Shimei in black nurses' uniform figure last week(see photo above). I now have two of the three versions of this figure. The one in white being the last one. How pathetic I must be if the bright spot in my life is the purchase of a plastic figure of a fictional character. Well, at least she's REALLY HOT......
I hit the Furin Group autocross @ US131 racepark last weekend. Finished Fourth out of five in my class, but had a blast! It's hard to put in words just how much fun it was. This sunday My friend and I are going the their autocross at Grand Valley Univ. Looking forward to another fun event!

Maybe I've a little more to learn

Sunday, SD15 went off with out a hitch. Great weather! A lot of fun! However, at the end of the day, I intiated a bit too high and late going into turn 1 and ended up drifting right off the track and ended up hitting this earthen berm, that borders the turn, tail first, followed by the nose slamming into it. Bent frame in the rear, possibly the front as well, as well as a list of other parts. This was very likely the hardest shot I've ever taken. Not nesessarily because it was fast, but because of the way it hit. Anyways, hard at work getting ready for this Sunday's autocross at US131 dragway.

stupid rain....

Stupid rain... I got the email last night about SD15 bring cancelled due to the weather today. I was really looking forward to this, (like I wouldn't look forward to it?...)it was an invite only event. The rain date was for next sunday, so We'll try it then. I feel like I've figured out my clutch issues (YEA!) and cruised into town for a fresh tank of E85. There is this lull in the road about a mile or two north of my brothers and coming back I squeezed the trigger on it, hitting 110 from 60, seemingly, instantly. Fuck yeah! Nothing beats torque!
Today I feel like I've been run down by a truck. Yesterday, I helped my buddy with some stuff on his Monte. We pulled the trans to install the bigger clutch hyd. lines, like we did on my car, got the Camaro pedals in, and bleed and mounted a new clutch master cyl. The trans work went WAY better than I'd expected it to. I suppose that should've been a sign of things to come. The pedals and master cyl. fought me every step of the way. Climbing in and out from under the dash, probably at least a dozen times, wore me out!
Lastly, It would seem every time I work on my car, it gets closer and closer to becoming a full-tilt race car. And driving a car that borders on being so, is a cool thing. Arriving at Meijers to fill up, I pull the quick release, yank the steering wheel, drop it on the pass. seat, and climb out over the, recently, "X'd" door bars to fill up with 105 octane equivalent fuel. I realized I encountered nothing like it on my drive to and from the fill up. Being different from every body else IS cool. Sure, I don't have the only borderline streetable car, but how many of them are 4-door Malibu's?....That drift?
